Noah Silberschmidt

Noah has over 17 years of investment banking experience, specialising in structured finance, fundraising and structured asset and liability solutions to international financial institutions and institutional investors. Noah was a Managing Director in the Fixed Income division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch based in London. Prior to that, Noah held various senior roles at Citigroup (now Citibank), CDC (now Natixis) and First Chicago (now J.P. Morgan). Noah has spent many years working in the Nordic region and has established very strong contacts and an excellent reputation as an innovative problem solver focusing on fundraising and new revenue generation. Noah holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Katia Kardash
Managing Director
Katia has extensive experience in international corporate finance, private equity investing, and capital markets. She has completed a number of strategic advisory projects both independently and for the Monitor Group in the UK and Russia, including advising on IPOs, formation and launch of private equity funds, as well as a strategic consulting to Russian companies seeking domestic and international growth. Prior to that, Katia worked for Khronos and Bear, Stearns and Co. Inc. (London and New York) in investment banking and institutional sales. Katia holds a BA in Political Science and a Management Certificate in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester.

Henrik Piper
Chief Financial Officier
Henrik has extensive experience in private equity, investment banking and new ventures over the past 18 years mainly with the transportation, natural resources and renewables sectors, and specifically in emerging markets. Recently, Henrik was responsible for a cornerstone investment in Brunswick Rail Leasing since 2005 for Bruton Advisors, a family office where he held a senior position. Previously, Henrik was a Director with UBS Wealth Management and an investment banking Associate with Goldman Sachs. He started his career as an equity analyst in Brunswick Brokerage/UBS Warburg in Russia in 1994. Henrik holds an MSc in Management from HEC in France.

Jørgen Clausen
Chief Operating Officer
Jørgen has significant relevant industry experience and management expertise from over 30 years in global shipping at leading shipping companies. He joined DK Group's management team in 2000, while retaining his role as Managing Director for Scandinavia at French CMA CGM (JV with Norwegian Wilhelmsen). From 1997–2003 Jørgen was Managing Director for Denmark at British Inchcape Shipping Services which remains the largest private global provider of marine management services. Prior to that, he worked at Chr. Jensen, the general agent for all Soviet Union Ship Owners, and Lehmann Junior working with the Japanese carrier Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK Line).

Johannes Johannesson
Naval Architect
Johannes Johannesson is the Naval Architect responsible for engineering, design and implementation of the ACS technology. Johannes was previously leading the project department at Scandlines Danmark A/S where he coordinated conversions and newbuildings. Previously, he served as Technical Director for Knud E. Hansen A/S, as well as the Head of the design office for a Danish shipyard delivering 26 vessel during his tenure, and as surveyor at Det Norske Veritas head office in Oslo. He graduated as Naval Architect in Denmark in 1980.
